A Notary in Malta is a public officer, responsible for impartially facilitating the publication of Wills and Acts between parties, such as real estate contracts or private agreements. Following a rigorous University course and the passing of the Notarial Warrant exam, the Notary would be appointed by the President of Malta to exercise their profession within Malta and Gozo.
Since 2008, Gozo Notary has been assisting clients with their notarial needs. As our office has grown, we have continued to strive to assist our clients with the same attention to detail and professionalism that have become synonymous with our practice.
